§1. General provisions

1. The Poll4All.org website (hereinafter the “Service”) is an online platform enabling the publication of and participation in opinion polls, as well as adding comments and polls by registered users.
2. The administrator of the Service is a natural person operating the Poll4All.org website (hereinafter the “Administrator”).
3. The Service is operated using the WordPress content management system.
4. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Service, as well as the rights and obligations of users and the Administrator.
5. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

§2. Definitions

1. Administrator – the natural person managing the Poll4All.org Service.
2. User – a natural person using the Service, whether registered or not.
3. Account – an individual user account created in the Service after registration.
4. Content – all materials published in the Service, including polls, questions, answers, comments and usernames.

§3. Scope of services

1. The Service enables:
   a) browsing polls,
   b) voting in polls,
   c) user account registration,
   d) adding comments by registered users,
   e) adding polls by registered users.
2. The Administrator reserves the right to modify the functionality of the Service.

§4. Registration and user account

1. Registration in the Service is voluntary and free of charge.
2. The User is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information during registration.
3. The User bears full responsibility for actions performed using their account.
4. Sharing an account with third parties is prohibited.
5. The Administrator may block or delete a user account in the event of a violation of these Terms of Service.

§5. Content rules and moderation

1. The User bears full responsibility for the content they publish in the Service.
2. It is prohibited to publish content that:
   a) is unlawful,
   b) infringes personal rights, copyrights or other rights of third parties,
   c) contains hate speech, threats or offensive material,
   d) constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising,
   e) contains vulgar or pornographic content.
3. The Administrator applies both pre-moderation (before publication) and post-moderation (after publication), at their sole discretion.
4. The Administrator has the right to refuse publication, edit or remove content, including polls and comments, without stating reasons.
5. The Administrator is not obliged to publish content submitted by users.

§6. Polls

1. Polls published in the Service may concern any subject matter, including politics, religion and health.
2. Polls are for informational and opinion purposes only.
3. Poll results do not constitute statistical surveys, scientific research or representative public opinion studies.
4. The Administrator is not responsible for the content of polls submitted by users.
5. A user who submitted a poll may request its removal; such requests are considered individually by the Administrator.

§7. Liability

1. The Administrator makes reasonable efforts to ensure proper operation of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. The Administrator is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Service.
3. The Service is not responsible for content published by users.

§8. Copyright

1. Content available in the Service is protected by copyright law.
2. By publishing content, the User grants the Administrator a non-exclusive, free licence to publish such content within the Service.

§9. Personal data and technical data

1. Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR.
2. The Service processes technical data related to the use of the Service, including IP addresses, cookies and other technical identifiers, in order to ensure security, proper operation of the Service and prevention of abuse.
3. Detailed information on personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy of the Service.

§10. Amendments to the Terms of Service

1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
2. Amendments enter into force upon their publication in the Service.

§11. Final provisions

1. The User has the right to request deletion of their account. The Administrator will process such requests within 30 days.
2. The Service displays advertisements, including personalized advertisements provided under the Google AdSense program.
3. The governing law for these Terms of Service is Polish law.
4. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator’s registered seat, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
5. These Terms of Service are effective as of the date of their publication in the Service.
