Education and grading system

Can an artistically gifted student be graded the same way as a future engineer? Today’s education system often tries to fit everyone into the same mold, where conformity to the key matters more than originality of thought. Supporters of uniform criteria argue that this is the only way to ensure fairness and comparability of results.
